1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including but not limited to the sorority name, logo, crest, taglines, slogans, publications, graphics, designs, photographs, digital downloads, and written materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Zeta Chi Sorority, Inc., a nonprofit organization. These materials are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks & Logos

The name Alpha Zeta Chi Sorority, Inc, our logos, and all associated insignia, emblems, mottos, and design elements are trademarks or registered trademarks of the organization. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of these items is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Executive Board or designated leadership.

3. Use of Materials

Unless otherwise stated:

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any of our materials without permission.
Personal use of publicly posted content (e.g., flyers, announcements, blog posts) is permitted only if credit is properly attributed and no alterations are made.
Commercial use (e.g., merchandise or promotional products) is strictly prohibited unless licensed by the sorority.

4. Member and Chapter Use

Active members and chartered chapters may use approved branding materials provided by the national office, in accordance with sorority guidelines. Misuse of branding, alteration of logos, or unauthorized creation of branded materials can result in disciplinary action, including suspension of privileges or legal action.
